About Ninja Systems

Built around the way you actually play.

Ninja Systems exists for people who want a PC that makes sense before it looks impressive on a parts list. We listen first, match the hardware to the work, games and screen in front of you, then build it with care.

Our beginning

29 May 2026

The day Ninja Systems began as a promise to make buying a PC feel more straightforward, more personal and more enjoyable.

Built because the normal route felt needlessly difficult.

Ninja Systems was founded by Ash Curtis on 29 May 2026. The starting point was simple: too many people are asked to spend serious money on a PC without being given a clear explanation of what they actually need, what they can safely ignore, or who will still be there when they have a question.

Component names can make the process feel like a test. They should not. A new PC is meant to unlock something - better games, smoother work, a first setup that feels like your own, or a machine that finally keeps up. The job is to turn that ambition into a sensible build, not to make anyone feel behind.

That is why Ninja Systems starts with people and outcomes. We want every customer to feel heard, to understand the key choices, and to be excited - not intimidated - when their system arrives.

A note from Ash

“A recommendation should feel like help, not a sales pitch.”

“I started Ninja Systems because I wanted to build a place where the advice is as considered as the hardware. Whether someone arrives knowing every component or only knows the game they want to play, they deserve a clear route and an honest answer.”

Ash Curtis · Founder, Ninja Systems

The standard

Be clear.

Explain the recommendation, the compromises and the practical next step in plain English.

The promise

Be useful.

Advice only has value if it helps someone make a decision with confidence.

The ambition

Keep improving.

We are building a company that learns from every conversation and keeps raising the bar.

Why we are here

The best build is the one that feels obvious once it is yours.

There is no universal “best PC”. A brilliant gaming system can be the wrong choice for a creator, a quiet home office, a first setup, or an upgrade that should retain useful parts. We make recommendations around the real person and the real use case - not a scoreboard.

Straight answers.

Clear explanations, sensible alternatives and honest trade-offs. You should understand why a part is in your build.

Care in the detail.

Compatibility, cooling, cable routing and delivery preparation all matter. The small decisions shape the experience.

Support that stays human.

Questions before, during and after an order deserve a person who can explain the next sensible step.

What we want to build

A better kind of PC company - one thoughtful interaction at a time.

We care about performance, but we care just as much about trust. That means being realistic about budgets, not hiding behind jargon, and taking time to understand the context behind a question.

We want Ninja Systems to become a place people return to: for their next system, an upgrade years later, a piece of advice, or simply a community conversation about the hobby. The relationship should not end at checkout.

There is a lot still to build, and that is the exciting part. Better tools, a stronger community and more ways to make the experience feel personal will follow from the same first principle: do the useful thing for the person in front of us.

How we think

Start with the feeling. Build the route.

A recommendation begins with a few grounded questions: what you are playing or making, what display you have, what you own already, and where your budget needs to work hardest.

From there, the route becomes clearer. That might mean a ready-to-go system, a custom configuration, or a targeted upgrade instead of a whole new machine.

Listen

We take the context seriously: games, software, monitor, room, budget and any parts worth keeping.

Translate

We turn that context into a balanced specification, explaining the important choices in language that is useful.

Deliver

Every build is checked before it leaves us, with the same aim throughout: confidence when you switch it on.

Looking forward

Ninja Systems is only getting started.

The goal is to keep earning trust through good advice, thoughtful builds and a community that makes the hobby more welcoming. Every conversation, system and improvement is part of building the company we want Ninja Systems to become.
